Job Profile
|
· To ensure URS is studied and offer submitted within agreed time
line
· To complete contract review at the time of order finalization
· To ensure necessary approvals are obtained for deviation in
price, delivery and special requirements
· To follow up with Head office for timely dispatches and
installation / commissioning
· To follow up for advance payments and post dispatch to collect
payments as per agreed terms
· To reconcile accounts with customer on a quarterly basis
· To collect all statutory documentation like Form “C” etc.,
· To ensure performance of the machine meets customers
requirement and obtain reference letters from customers
· To co-ordinate with service department to ensure that issues
are resolved timely and to
· The satisfaction of the customer.
· To periodically update customers on new developments and
industry news |
