JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Following are your job responsibilities as MANAGEMENT TRAINEE / PRODUCT EXECUTIVE :       

1. Product Development - (Product Positioning, Strategy Planning, Packaging, Production, Composition/line extensions).
2. Product Sales & Marketing Objective Accomplishment – (Product target achievement – All India/Regional, Market Share growth, Improvement of product Ranking –ORG Data) – HQ wise sales trend analysis and follow up/action plan implementation.
3. Time bound brand activity execution – (procurement, development, delivery, dispatch, distribution in field, follow up and feedback for resultant viz; Visual Aid, LBLs, RCs, Gifts, Product specific campaigns, sample, incentive scheme.
4. Competitor targeted strategy/action plan
5. Follow up / interaction with field (to understand the brand market feedback and corrective steps taken for strategy implementation).
6. Field working – (Customer perception of the brand, exploring new market opportunities, level of strategic implementation, identifying training needs, bottles necks in the way and its removal, competitive market scenario)
7. Training & Development of internal customers
8. Teamwork
9. Objection/query handling (scientific & marketing support to field)
10. Participation in Conferences.
11. Co-ordination with production department for product availability.
