Job Description:
 Typical work activities

        1. Building relationships with clients;

developing a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do and their work culture and environment;
2. Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, e.g., newspapers, websites, magazines, job ;
3. Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates who may already be in work;
4. Using candidate databases to find the right pres for the client’s vacancy;
receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates;
5. Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the client;
6. Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question;
7. Preparing CVs and correspondence to forward to clients in respect of suitable applicants;
8. Organizing interviews for candidates as requested by the client;
9. Informing candidates about the results of their interviews
10. Negotiating pay and salary rates and finalizing arrangements between client and candidates;
 11. Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progressions;
Job Profile             :   Hr Recruiter/ Recruitment ConsultantSalary                   :   1.5-2.4 LPA (fixed+ variable+intensives+Mobile+Laptop+Internet+performance bonus),depend on candidates level.Eligibility Criteria :  60% throughout academics.
